1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Smart Spot's website or coworking facilities ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of Space

  • You must be 16 years or older (under 18 requires guardian consent)
  • Valid student ID required for the student day rate
  • All members must check in upon arrival at the front desk
  • Day passes grant up to 24 hours of continuous access from check-in time
  • You are responsible for your belongings and personal property
  • Misconduct, harassment, or damage to property will result in removal without refund

3. Bookings and Payment

  • Hot desk and day pass access is available without a reservation — pay on arrival
  • Meeting room and private office bookings require advance reservation
  • Meeting room fees are charged per hour from the confirmed start time
  • Cancellations of meeting room bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • We accept cash, GCash, and card payments as indicated at the front desk

4. Space Rules

  • No smoking anywhere in the building
  • Keep noise levels respectful in open desk areas
  • Food is permitted but must be kept tidy — clean up after yourself
  • Lockers are for use during your session; overnight storage by arrangement only
  • Photography and filming within the space requires prior approval

5. Limitation of Liability

The Smart Spot is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Use of the space and facilities is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by The Smart Spot and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City.
